Plumbing and heating professional in Mende, Jean-Claude Depoisier is Administrator of SOCAMA for the Midi region. Born in 1949, he entered the Board of the National Federation of Socama in 1996 and became its Secretary in 2000. Assistant Treasurer in 2007, he is part of the council secretariat in 2008 and becomes Vice President in 2012.
He is Chairman of the Social Security Fund of the Municipality of Lozère (CPAM + CAF + URSSAF) and of CAP Employment.

The SOCAMA and Banque Populaire explicitly decline to

The SOCAMA Business Transfer Loan (PSTR)
- Maximum loan amount : € 150 000
- Loan term: between 18 and 84 months
- Period of grace up to 9 months possible
- 100% SOCAMA loan guarantee
with 50% counter-guarantee by the EIF.
- Advantage for the borrower :
Protection of personal assets.
Recourse to personal assets is limited to 25% of the loan
amount.

- Maximum loan amount: € 30 000
- Loan term: between 18 and 60 months
- Up to 6 months grace period possible
- 100% SOCAMA loan guarantee
with 50% counter-guarantee by the EIF.
- Advantage for the borrower :
Protection of personal assets.
Recourse to personal assets is limited to 50 % of the loan amount.
