Job Description:
 Perform product failure Analysis from test process (Back End, FQA and Reliability), trouble shooting, identify
the root cause, containment action for short term and long term solution and preventive measures and to
drive the implementation such as solution to close the design issue.
 Maintain and improve quality/yield with modified manufacturing test criteria or initiate product design
changes.
 Support new and sustaining product and new process in order to ensure production process fully capable.
 Provide technical to related team and support in responsibility product until product end of life (EOL).
 Create new tools that would improve efficiency for production and engineering team.
 Conducted yield / quality improvement and test time reduction plan.
 Analyze yield and quality failure to find out the root cause, design experiment to solve quality and yield
problems.
 Simulate the problems that found in test station and design the solution to test same as in production line in
order to analysis the root cause.
 Request test software that passed simulation which can capture more defects without yield/ test time impact
but can improve quality.
 Design and develop test software to improve quality DPPM/LRR and customer return.
