The document discusses managing emotional wealth at work by discovering one's "flow." It introduces the concept of flow, which is a mental state of full focus and enjoyment in an activity. Flow is characterized by complete absorption in an activity and is achieved when there is balance between the challenges of a task and one's competence. The document provides statistics on the benefits of flow and happiness at work, such as increased performance, creativity, loyalty and productivity. It then gives a self-assessment for employees to evaluate their current work satisfaction, motivation, challenges, doubts and competence. The assessment is intended to help employees identify actions to experience flow more often at work.
