CRM4Legal’s primary interface is Microsoft Outlook and all CRM
functionality is available via Outlook. CRM4Legal offers a choice
of Passive or Active sync of Outlook contacts to CRM, so firms can
decide on the right approach based on their culture of sharing.
CRM4Legal also offers Outlook-based activity tracking, allowing
Outlook email, Appointments, and Tasks to be tracked in CRM with
related contacts, companies, users, and other records.
