1. COVER NOTE - ABIOYE ADEKUNLE MATHEW
I am a graduate from University of Ibadan with Bachelor of Science degree (B.Sc) in
Geology and Master of Science degree (M.Sc) in Petroleum Engineering. My master’s thesis
is titled ‘Pore Pressure Prediction using well and seismic data: case study offshore basin
Niger Delta’.
I have a hand-on experience of well testing (SAPHIR), material balance (MBAL) and well
performance modeling (PROSPER) software at Chevron Nigeria Limited. As part of my
experience, I have single-handedly modelled forty (40) wells carrying out Pressure Transient
analysis to analyse USAN reservoir and well properties such as permeability, porosity, skin
factor, initial pressure and so on.
While exploring the USAN field, I was an active member of the team that developed a future
opportunity and business plan of UKOT field.
I also have certificate in Occupational Safety and Health Course (OSHA) and obtain
certificate in Venture in Enterprises course from Pan Atlantic University Lagos (Lagos
Business School) aimed at enhancing my administrative skill.
I am a diligent and accommodating individual with a high sense of responsibility.
In summary, I am resourceful and dependable Earth scientist and Petroleum Engineer with
stellar record of successful deep water reservoir and production engineering project
completion. Strong technical experiences ranging from data acquisition, interpretation to
technical presentations, well performance optimization to reservoir management programs.
I have hands-on knowledge of well testing (Saphir), well performance modelling (Prosper),
advance seismic interpretation and sequence stratigraphy (OpendTect). I am adept at
functioning well independently or as part of a team.
