This literature review examines the ion conductivity, ion exchange capacity, tensile strength, Young's modulus, elongation at break, alkaline stability, mechanical properties, thermal properties, water uptake, dimensional swelling, hydroxide conductivity, and morphology of a material called x-PP-DMHDA-20. Key findings include ion conductivity of 16.3 and 56.5 mScm-1 at 20°C and 80°C, respectively, and tensile strength of 64 ± 5 MPa at 30% relative humidity. The material also demonstrated less than 15% strength loss after exposure to a 10M aqueous sodium hydroxide solution at 80°C.
