2. INTRODUCTION
The present work contains a research on human development index
issues and alternatives as it is doing: the Gini index and the human
development index is adjusted for inequality, work is supported on file
bases and resource documents Web. Each topic will be explained
and the conclusions about it will be presented.
4. WHAT IS THE HUMAN DEVELOPMENT
INDEX?
Basically, we can understand that the human development
index is linked to a measurement factor that is also known as
an indicator, this indicator measures the age of health,
mortality, life expectancy, literacy, but also the measure for the
population of the populations in terms of PIB. It is a study that
the options for societies or rather the people themselves have
and that allow the development of these challenges of society
itself.

8. WHAT IS THE GINI INDEX?
We understand the Gini index as a coefficient that allows to
measure values between 0 and 1, in the degree of inequality
of income distribution and wealth of the region, this is related
to the human development index, considering that one of the
Its main characteristics is to measure the wealth of individuals
in society.

12. WHAT IS THE INDEX OF HUMAN
DEVELOPMENT ADJUSTED BY INEQUALITY?
This index is linked to the human development index, since it
seeks to minimize and adjust it, this percentage is calculated for
145 countries, arises from the author Atkinson in 1970 and
basically is related to the population and its health, wealth and
education.

15. According to reports of the year 2017, Mexico suffered a fall in the human
development index, and an agreement was reached in number 77 of the 188
participating nations, it is important to recognize that Mexico is within the countries
with high human development, it is important to recognize that although the
development of the country has been promoted slowly, according to figures, we
have improved in aspects and in others, notwithstanding the human development of
the country is not only in the definition of participation and the level of participation
in social programs that strengthen the human development of them.

17. DISCUSSION ON THE HUMAN
DEVELOPMENT INDEX IN MEXICO
Considered the index of human development in Mexico has been gaining interest among
civil and governmental associations, due to the poverty in which it is immersed in our
country, notwithstanding the alternatives in wealth, health and education, but currently
Mexico is going through a social crisis in which children and young people have been
affected, and in terms of education, today many children and young people are leaving
schools to join the organized crime cartels, this coupled with the lack of economic resources
that suffer and above all the need for food. That is why Mexico as a country must pay
attention to these terms of human development and consider it, without the companies, the
country will not prosper healthily, it is necessary to pay attention to the most vulnerable
sectors and minimize the unnecessary expenses in the infrastructure that does not is
required
18. CONCLUSIONS
Mexico, unlike other countries are human development indexes are far below,
governments believe do not work as necessary to make this can rise more and
consider ourselves a country with high human development among the
participants, although Mexico is in high human development but from Latin
American countries, it is necessary to eradicate aspects of security and health that
have been detrimental to social development and that have negative consequences
not only for the country but for the whole world, since Mexico is commonly
involved in crimes and drug trafficking
