pure & imitation forms of vanilla contain atleast 35% alcohol)

♦Fig (i)-slit the bean from below the stalk to te last.
♦Fig (ii)-this is how it looks as you slit the bean all along.
♦Fig (iii)-scrape out the seeds(caviar) using spoon.
♦Fig (iv)-Caviar after spooning out,smells really good.
♦Fig (v)-Small pile of caviar from 6 vanilla pods
♦Fig (vi)-Transfer the caviar into a bottle.
♦Fig (vii)-Poke each vanilla bean inside your bottle.
♦Fig (viii)-Fill it with vodka but not up to the very top.
♦Fig (ix)-Seal the bottle & shake it.Keep it in dark &
shake oftenly.It is prepared in nearly around 6 weeks.
