 Preparing the BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
 Solve the site problems immediately to ensure the work never
stop.
 Attend daily, weekly and monthly meetings for site work
progress.
 Follow-up the productivity and try to meet the targets.
 Prepare daily reports about productivity and issues.
 Review procurement documents /MSRs to ensure that quality
requirement have been correctly translated into purchase
requisitions and documents.
