I am writing the letter as a recommendation for Aaron Pisors. I have known Aaron since 1995
when he was hired as a Loss Prevention Investigator at Mills Fleet Farm in Marshfield WI. At
that time I was the Loss Prevention Department Head and was tasked with training Aaron in his
first Loss Prevention position.
Immediately, I was impressed by Aaron’s ability to dive right into his new role without any prior
training or knowledge about the job and its functions. Aaron was able to quickly become
proficient in his abilities to detect, deter and detain customers engaged in theft from our store as
well as internal loss control. During my time working with Aaron he carried himself
professionally at all times with the store team members, the Management team and the local
Police Department. Aaron was an Investigator that showed excellent drive and determination to
be the best Investigator possible.
Since Aaron’s departure from Mills I have remained in contact with him and kept track of his
careers with the Wisconsin State Patrol and Walmart. With his career experiences and my
knowledge of Aaron I have no doubt that he will be successful in any position and exceed the
expectations of his supervisors.
