WORK DESCRIPTION:-
 Review contract and document.
 Maintain knowledge of client contract terms, services performed, and additional
items impacting invoicing activity (penalties and incentives, errors, discounts,
fee changes, etc.)
 Analysis & Validation of Projects Set-up and Fees for the Contracts between
Hewitt Associates and its Clients as per the Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) Compliance
Act 2002.
 Analyze revenue submitted to ensure it is accurate and complete and thatto it
was submitted in accordance with U.S. GAAP, other accounting requirements.
 Certify Monthly submission of fee on the basis of agreements there by
recognizing revenue on contracts and reporting the same to the US clients.
 Review outsourcing and consulting supporting fee calculations and submit fee entry.
 Actively involves in month end closing, by completing the assigned work list and rush
Requests received.
 Handle Client (CFA’s) queries & Prepare Daily report which includes SLA and
TAT.
