13. Photo-shoot for a 'Double Page Spread' :
I ended up choosing this photo, as I think it was successful,
the shadow on model’s cheek, and the way the guitar was
placed.
Clothing- grey dress, a denim shirt and slip on
plimsolls(trainer).
Props- Sunglasses and a guitar.
Setting-The photos were taken outside of my house in the
garden. Wooden platforms were used as an object to sit on.
Make-upand Hair-The model's hair were curled and since she's
young, I had her put very little make-up to look natural. She
was prepared this way because almost always before the
photo shoot a model has her hair and make up done.
NaturalLighting was used (it was a really sunny weather, no
additional lights were needed).
* My model didn't smile much because I wanted her to
show a serious face, makes it professional as if the photo
shoot was taken for an album cover for example.
14. Step by step how II
changed the filter
of the image on
‘Publisher’.
1.Click on the
picture
2. At the top
different buttons
will appear. You
click on ‘Format’
with ‘picture tools’
which is at the far
end.
3. Press the
‘recolor’ button
which is on the
left.
4.I chose
‘Grayscale’ to make
it black and white,
to give it a vintage
look.
Then next to the ‘recolor’
button there’s a ‘correction’
button.
I clicked on it and set it at
‘Brightness: 40% and Contrast
50%’
15. I then opened
the image in
‘Photoshop’
to add some
splashes. So
that people
will pay more
attention to
the left page.
The picture
now looks
less boring
and it’s eye-
catching.
