Advisory Council

2. Introduction
• A. Reddix and Associates (ARDX), a healthcare management
consulting firm that provides organizations with strategic
guidance in policy implementation and operations, was
founded by Angela Reddix in Virginia in 2006. Dedicated to
the success of its clients, A. Reddix and Associates specializes
in furnishing insight into communications and research,
meeting and program management, health education, and
health information technology.
Through working with a wide range of clients, ARDX has
gained a unique perspective into the internal challenges that
organizations face. To promote unity and organizational
integrity within ARDX, the CEO established the President's
Advisory Council (PAC).
3. Advisory Council
• An internal program at ARDX, the PAC’s mission is
to advise the CEO on strategic solutions to enhance
the culture at ARDX.
The PAC is comprised of associates from across the
company, including directors to junior associates.
This ensures that opinions from all levels within the
company are represented and that their concerns
are heard and considered. Members of PAC meet bi-
monthly with the CEO to discuss potential
challenges and solutions related to ARDX’s
corporate culture.
