ARTS at the Aircraft Interiors Expo 2017
ARTS is exhibiting at the Aircraft Interiors Expo (AIX) again this year, which is taking place from April
4-6 in Hamburg’s Hanse Pavilion. At this year’s AIX, the group is drawing closer attention to its project-
based Solutions division for aeronautics and astronautics.
At stand 6C80 in hall 6, ARTS is introducing its Solutions division more closely. “We are pleased to
have the chance to introduce our current projects in the field of cabin interiors to our industry visitors,”
says Heike Ostendörfer, branch manager in Hamburg. The ARTS Solutions Structure Repair Crew
carries out, among other things, maintenance and repair work on A380 Doors as well as A380 Seat
Rails for international maintenance companies and airlines.
ARTS is exhibiting in the Hanse Pavilion, in hall 6. “The shared space of the Hanse Aerospace e.V.
association is one of the largest exhibitor areas and is therefore ideal for small and medium-sized
enterprises to establish better networking and to shift the focus of interest of the industry visitors
towards them,” says Cornelia Köhler, Project Manager of Hanse-Aerospace Wirtschaftsdienst GmbH.
This year, the US state of Washington will be an additional guest at the Hanse Pavilion, sending a
total of ten exhibitors.
With 550 exhibitors, the Aircraft Interiors Expo is the European trade fair for innovations in the fields of
cabin interiors for aviation, in-flight entertainment, connectivity and passenger services. The Hamburg
trade fair, held at the city’s Messeplatz 1, offers a platform to network with international service
providers from the air travel industry, get to know the trends in aircraft interior design and generate
business with large international airlines. This year, 18,400 industry visitors are expected.
