4. OBJECTIVES
a. Define sampling and other
technical terms about qualitative
research sampling techniques.
b. Compare-contrast the sampling
methods.
5. SAMPLE
Sample constitute the chosen ones
through which you will derive facts
and evidence to support claims or
conclusions propounded by your
research problem.
10. VIDEO PRESENTATION
ACTIVITY 1
1.What is the difference between probality and non-
probablity sampling technique?
2.What are the types of probablity sampling
technique?
3.What are the types of probablity non-sampling
technique?
11. SAMPLE VENUE, POPULATION, SAMPLE AND
SAMPLING SCHEME
This study was undertaken at Rizal National High School located
at Adela, Rizal, Occidental Mindoro with a total of 25
respondents.
The convenience sampling scheme was used in this study.
According to Helen Barrat 2009, convenience sampling is the
selection based on availability and willingness to take part.
Useful results can be obtained, but the results are prone to
significant bias because those who volunteer to take part may
be different from those chose not to, and the sample may not
be representative of other characteristics such as age or sex.

SAMPLING SCHEME

sample and sampling scheme in your
