Journey Details:
We started travelling from our college campus at 9:45 am by college bus along with our
co-coordinator on 6th
Jan,2017.
We reached Hindustan Cocacola Beverages PVT. LTD., Bidadi and met Mrs. Ellamatin
who is marketing manager and our guide.
We started return journey at 12:45 pm from Bidadi.

Observation:
We reached to HCCBPL, Bidadi at 11:00 am. At the entrance security guard checked all of us
although no one can carry any electronic device in the plant area. At first they gave us instruction
through TV at a waiting room. Then we got enter to the main plant.
Instruction for visitors:
a) Wear shoes for safety.
b) Don’t smoke.
c) PPE for GME.
d) Vehicle speed into plant area is 15 km/h (maximum).
They welcome us with a can of Coca-Cola of 330 ml and a Diat Coke of 200ml. Those cans are
manufactured by HCCBL, 1105/7/8/83, Pirangut, Tal. Mulshi, Pune-412111, Maharashtra.
roduction hour of HCCBPL are 24*7. There are 270 office staff and 430 contract labor. Office
hour are from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. Drink production of Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages PVT.
LTD is 1000000 liters per day in peak season and 100000 litter per day in lean season. Although
the production depends on demand. Without beverages another product of HCCBPL is
GLACEAU smart water.
Production of Drinks:
At first water collected to water plant to break water minerals and other nutrition. Then
make drinks using special secrete composition, which come from Pune in form of power.
Production rate of different drinks:
a) Glass bottle at 600 bottle/min.
b) Pep bottle at 600 bottle/min.
c) RGP at 170 bottle/min.
d) HF line at 750 bottle/min.
e) Glaceau Smart Water at 180 bottle/min.
*Depend on size BPM decrease.

Production of Bottle:
a) Gather pre form of bottle.
b) Pass those pre form bottles through heating zone.
c) Using pressure and shape preparation of bottle finished.

for labeling. After labeling bottles send to pricing department for pricing.

Outcome of Visit:
Industrial visit represent important activities in any UG/PG programme that contribute to the
achievement of various essential learning outcomes and programme objectives. It enables
educational institutions to build close ties with industrial experts. Several broader educational
