2. The way Sunni Muslim states ganged
up to destroy Shias , Christians and
Kurds in Syria illustrates the myopic
mindset of so called Muslim states.
Muslims have remained hostages
and prisoners of the past and the
shadow of wars of succession and the
political controversies of succession
of first four Muslim caliphs still
dominate the Muslim states.
Muslims are a people who have lived
in the seventh century and their
actions today are still hostages of
seventh century.

3. Israel has also been blamed but as far
as I understand the Shia Sunni
problem does not have the remotest
link with Israel.
The US and NATO have been the
forefront in the attack on Syrian state
.But why should Jordan , Turkey and
Saudi Arab join the USA and NATO.
Surely each state has its own peculiar
myopic personal motivations.
Now that Russia has joined the
Syrian Buzkashi its time that the
Muslim states do some inner
thinking.

4. The Shias , Kuds , Christians and
Yazidis of Syria and Iraq see Russia
and Iran as saviours.
If some one thinks it is Russias
Afghanistan it is a big joke !
And even Afghanistan was not a
Russian failure.
USSRs economy was never destroyed
by the Afghan war but by the Saudi
price lowering of crude oil .
For that matter Afghanistan can be
called a US failure also.

5. Ironically we saw in Afghanistan US
political and military leadership as
worst killers and worst enemies of US
soldiers when they escalated the
conflict in Helmand and US forces
suffered pointless casualties in
securing hamlets and mud houses of
no tactical or strategic value.
What we are seeing is a continuous
US strategic failure in middle East
and a Russia that is emerging as as a
strategic exploiter of debris and
rubble of US failures.
If Russia proceeds correctly Syria
,Iraq ,Lebanon and Iran will emerge
as a solid allies of Russia and a Kurd
state may also be created .

6. It is a situation like Battle of Panipat
described as 18th centurys greatest
battle in numbers of troops.Ahmad
Shah Abdali broke the back of the
maratha Confederacy but the real
advantage went to the English East
India Company who conquered India
thereafter .
