4. USAs Syrian war was a badly
conceived adventure planned
and conceived by absolute
pedants who had never
understood Clausewitz.
Conceived on a Washington DC
commode after a bad night of
cheap Jack Daniels most
shallow booze, with a bad hang
over and a killing constipation.
During the US Afghan war I
discovered that bureaucracy
was the west’s worst enemy.
In Syrian war this was again
convincingly proved.
The first and gravest US fault
was that they were led by a
cheap social climber who was a
clever con man who dodged
the US system to reach the

absolutely no strategic insight.
The first tangible proof of
Obamas strategic barrenness
was the surge during which
Obama sent some 1400 US
troops to certain and pointless
death advised by arm chair
strategists like Bruce Riedel.
Obama had never read
Clausewitz , nor had his
advisors who planned Syrian
war understood Clausewitz.
The fact that the enemy had an
independent will and could not
be made to conform to US
strategic pedantry was not
digested by Obama and his
team.

6. Resultantly the Syrian war was
waged on absolutely Utopian
grounds.
Syrias military history and its
peculiar military and
sociopolitical terrain was not
taken into serious account.
The result was the Syrian
debacle.
The US war effort was seriously
sabotaged by so called defence
contractors with con man
terms like “ strategic narrative”
and all kinds of additional
nonsense.
The contracts were awarded
secretly and were not awarded
on merit.Thus much of US
taxpayers money went straight
into gutters .

7. Much of the Syrian war was
waged on twitter, face book
and other social media.
The worst part was the
cartographic nonsense into
which the Syrian war finally
degenerated.
While US proxies miserably
failed on ground , US Syrian
was was distorted and
presented as yet a great
victory on maps generated by
psy ops contractors and
proxies like Institute for Study
of war.
Institute for Study of war
became in Syrian war what
was Bill Roggios Long War
Journal in Af Pak war.

8. The maps generated by ISW
presented an absolutely false
picture of Syrian war.
Showing Syrian state in dim ,
insignificant colours and
inflating Syrian proxies of USA
in bright colour , the worst
intellectual or to be more
specific cartographic
dishonesty was committed in
maps generated by ISW.
The basic fact that wars cannot
be won by maps however
colourful and subtle were
forgotten by US planners of
Syrian war.
The Syrian war is a lesson that
the so called Unipolar world
order is dead.

9. US planners must read
Clausewitz carefully and digest
the fact that there is a subtle
concept known as “
Independent will of the
enemy”,
That no plan survives contact
with the enemy as Moltke the
Elder summed it up long before
the Syrian war.
Air power alone cannot win
wars specially if it is contested
by an equal adversary the
Russians in this case.

11. Maps generated by ISW
ISW map shows that the
Syrian state is non existent
which is not the case on
ground.

12. The harsh fact remains that the
USA has no credible infantry on
ground in Syria to wrest the
strategic initiative from the
Syrian state.
US troops are minute in
numbers and Syrian rebels are
an irrelevant military force ,
more a mob rather than a
serious military force.
No amount of US airpower can
turn the tide.USA lost Syria the
day it decided to finance
Islamist proxies in Syria in
early 2011.
Lastly more serious is the basic
strategic as well as moral
contradiction in US modus
operandi.

13. USA is arming and supporting
the very evil force of Islamic
extremism that it claims to
fight in Afghanistan and
worldwide.
By supporting Syrian Islamists
USA is supporting a force that
sees all moderate Muslims ,
Christians, Shias,Yazidis and
Kurds as sub humans.
This last fact is the worst
contradiction in USAs Syrian
war and a guarantee of US
failure in Syria.
When the USA waged the
Second World War and the
Soviet Afghan war there was a
moral justification and a “ Just
War” being waged. But Syrian
war as history has proved is
