Agreed to develop a local template firstly for 12 hrs with the potential to extend to all breaches.
Developed a business objects report that was sent out daily to the CNMs for the previous day
Information used to populate an excel spreadsheet and note any escalation, staffing issues, actions taken etc
Same information but displayed in a more meaningful way.
