We all Love Santa!
 Who knew that Santa’s job was similar to our Thirty-One
business? Well, it is!
 Think Santa’s job is easy? Think again! From motivation and
communication issues, to reindeer recruitment and red
wagon production problems, Santa’s got a REALLY tough
job.
 We will discover how Santa meets these never-ending
challenges and you too can get big things done in your “31”
workshop all year long.
 After all, to survive and prosper, your hostesses, customers
and potential team mates must be able to achieve big things
each year and you can’t get those big things done without
effective “Santa Skills”.
Build a Wonderful
LOGO
Workshop
 Make the MISSION the MAIN THING
 When we were little kids we had a vision of what Santa’s
workshop looked like….something like this.
Build a Wonderful
LOGO
Workshop
 What vision do you have of Thirty-One?
 2 videos I will put on our FB group that I want you to watch this
week to really get the vision of our company in your head.

Know the Company
LOGO
Mission
 It is important to know the
mission of Thirty-One!
 Thirty-One is more than just a
company. We are people who
believe in celebrating,
encouraging, and rewarding
others for who they are.
Through God’s strength,
we’ve built a family of
individuals who feel women
deserve to treat themselves
and those around them to
something special. Our
commitment is to provide
women with a fulfilling,
enjoyable and rewarding
experience one person at a
time.
What LOGO
is your mission?
 My mission is to share the gifts of Thirty-One with those I meet. For some, it may
mean helping to buy cute bag, plan a fun night in with girlfriends, or start an
exciting new part time job. For others, it may be shedding light on an opportunity
to grow financially and spiritually as an individual, and providing the support and
encouragement she needs to find her true sparkle in life.
 I inspire women to look inside themselves, to see their true beauty and BE it, by
investing my faith, passion and purpose into each and every customer, hostess and
team member. I have been blessed with a beautiful community of women that
motivate me to be gracious, hard-working and accountable. Not only have they
become a support system for me, my business and my personal struggles, they've
become a tight-knit family excited to celebrate, encourage and reward each other.
 Thirty-One is so, so, so much more than a bag.
Focus LOGO
on your People…
As well as your purpose
 Santa says…You can’t possibly focus on your mission without also focusing
on the folks that make your mission happen!
 Who are your “folks”?
Hostesses, Customers, Team Members
Focus on Key things…
1. Are you CER’ing them?
2. Are you accessible (they know how to reach you)
3. Do you keep them in “the loop” of what’s happening
4. Do you provide them with training – or teach them how to
access it?
LOGO Let Values be your
Guide… Our values are to be Purposeful, Thankful, Respectful, Accountable, Curious,
Courageous, Authentic, Trustworthy, Hardworking, Fun-Loving and Flexible as
required to do the right thing, to give back and to put other people first. We
believe in being engaged with integrity in our work, in our communities, in our
families and in our mission.
We want to
have these
values be a
part of our
everyday
behavior!
