2. HISTORY.
The Moscow State University is one of the
tallest buildings in Moscow.
It was founded in 1755 and was renamed
in honor of its founder, Mikhail
Lomonosov , in 1940.
3. FACTS.
It is 240 metres high, it has got 36 floors
and it was built in 1953.
The building is a teaching block with four
big wings of student accommodation.
4. Architects.
The architects of the building are
L. V. Rudniev, S. E. Chernyshev, P.
V. Abrosimov, A. V. Khriakov. The
clock diameter: 8.7 m.
