entirely help in day today corporate life”
•“We appreciate constructive and interactive environment. The present school
system allows conformance to rules and does not encourage independent views”
•“Most often individuals with natural leadership abilities grow in their career
faster than those who lack them and only go by the skills they have learnt”
•“Schools are very academic and bookish in their approach”.
•“It takes almost a year to train freshmen to put then in the corporate path. This is
a huge time to spend”
•“Academic skills are also outdated and bookish”

•We (Corporates) start with soft skills training as soon as they recruit freshmen.
This includes Business Etiquettes, Communication, interpersonal skills
•Technical training on latest innovation and updates in the industry
•Foster interactive environment
•Buddy Programs that pair experienced professional with new recruit as a
mentor.
•This is apart from orienting the new recruits with the company culture , policies
and procedures.

corporate training and guidance. This will
reduce the scale up time when they enter
the corporate world

PROBLEM STATEMENT
Employers NEED a way to find the right skills in freshmen graduating out
of schools since it helps corporates concentrate in furthering their
business rather than spend time preparing them for their careers.

We are not sure of the expectations of an ever changing environment” “We are not aware of the opportunities and how to go for it. We are always used to mentoring and feel lost after we graduate” “We are not looking for rank holders. We are looking for confident young folks who can bring a fresh thought to the corporate world ”

This is a huge time to spend” •“Academic skills are also outdated and bookish” DO •We (Corporates) start with soft skills training as soon as they recruit freshmen. This includes Business Etiquettes, Communication, interpersonal skills •Technical training on latest innovation and updates in the industry •Foster interactive environment •Buddy Programs that pair experienced professional with new recruit as a mentor. •This is apart from orienting the new recruits with the company culture , policies and procedures.
