Research is needed to increase the efficacy of treatment efforts to problem gambling clients.
•
One way we conduct critical evaluation is through the client satisfaction surveys and follow up surveys conducted by Herbert & Louis.
•
Recommendation: Continue the discussion throughout the treatment episode.
