5. From 1988 to 1989:

Peerless Manufacturing Co. U.S.A/NATCO . Non-attended fully automatic, Kuwait Doha West Power
Station, Gas Scrubber and Pressure Reducing Station of 500 MMSCPD Plant (Million Million
Standard Cubic Feet per day). The plant included pipe work up to 56 inches diameter and design
pressure rating of 40 Bars. Equipment includes, 4 vertical scrubber, 4 filter separators, 6 pressure
reducing and control streams, structure steel, civil work, and a sizable amount of instrumentation and

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Experience
A- Staff Experience:
Before the invasion of Kuwait, after its liberation and until 1993, Eng: Yousef A. Borhan,
ProService Partner and Managing Director; was working as the Manager of Project in
Kharafi National, Kuwait.
Kharafi National is a multi discipline international “Industrial and Commercial Services”
and “Oil and Gas” divisions.
Being the “Kharafi National Manager of Projects”, Eng. Yousef A. Borhan, Immediately
after Kuwait liberation on 26th. February 1991, had the responsibility of mobilizing a full
fleet of resources to reactivate the Company for participation in the restoration work of
Kuwait.
During this period Eng. Yousef A. Borhan worked with the Kharafi National for the U.S.
Army Corps of Engineers in the Mechanical and Electrical Work of several major projects .
The work covers all HVAC work, new main substations, HV and LV switchgear and cables,
communication cables, main water and sewage lifting pump stations, fire fighting pumps
and associated distribution network.
Some of the U.S. Corps joint-projects covered at this period are:
