to America) builds capacity in non-profit
organizations and communities to help
bring individuals and communities out of
poverty.

For over 45 years, VISTA has been helping
bring communities and individuals out of
poverty. Today, nearly 6,500 VISTA
members serve in hundreds of non-profit
organizations and public agencies
throughout the country—working in a
variety of areas.
