from a fifty acre single family residential development of more than one hundred homes. This Filter will provide a functional scale demonstrating Best Management Practices (BMP) required by recent Storm water legislation.

    John E. Jenkins, Inc. is a general contractor licensed in NC and SC specializing in self-performing site work operations. We also have a team of subcontractors that enable us to provide a turn-key site work package.

    The Extended Detention Open Sand (EDOS) Filter can capture, detain, and treat the runoff from a fifty acre single family residential development of more than one hundred homes. This Filter will provide a functional scale demonstrating Best Management Practices (BMP) required by recent Stormwaterlegislation. John E. Jenkins, Inc. was selected by the City of Gastonia to perform this highly technical grading project.
    Project Statistics:
    - 2595sf of concrete block wall installed
    • 5700cy of dirt moved
    • 3. 1870 tons of stone and sand placed
    • 4. 445 lf of pipe installed
