This document discusses the building of human capital in the Trans2Care research network. It describes how the network recruited 14 full-time researchers and provided them with a comprehensive training program involving technological training to develop hard skills, transdisciplinary scientific training for knowledge sharing, and complementary training in soft skills requested by industry. The training was embedded across the network's activities in areas like technology transfer, project coordination and management, and dissemination. This helped the researchers gain experience and new skills to become multidisciplinary innovators ready to promote technology transfer and the goals of the network.
