GHD Experience in Business to Business (B2B) Mentoring
To grow business through ideas we have:
• Operated our own global innovation program since 2008;
• Innovation capacity building (e.g. DC Water, USA);
• Commercialised our own ideas (e.g. StormDMT);
• Assisted others to commercialise their ideas (e.g. Huawei, AutoCRC,
Australian Water Recycling Centre of Excellence); and
• Mentored SME’s through the Smart SME Innovation Commercialisation
Programme and Innovation Voucher Program.

Business to Business (B2B) Mentoring
• 32 hours of GHD input from a mentor and tailored global team of
technical, commercial and innovation specialists;
• Face to face session to develop a logic model that captures why, what and
how success can be achieved;
• Ongoing support/interaction pre and post this session;
• Final session involves the completion of an opportunity matrix, listing
emerging markets and potential opportunities for the SMEs specific
offering.
