  1. Just one day in a month! It is all that you need to Change our India!
  2. Do you want to Change India? Take just a moment to go through Mother India’s history….. And then you will definitely spare ‘ Just One Day ’!
  3. India was ruled by the British from the 18 th century…
  4. Our Nation went through a MASSIVE Freedom struggle from 1857 till 1947…
  5. A lot of Leaders emerged during this period and worked relentlessly to free Mother India… Netaji Subash Chandra Bose, Leader of the Indian National Army Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Mahatma Gandhi
  6. And finally Mother India got her freedom on August 15, 1947 The Scene at the Red Fort, Delhi during Flag Hoisting Finally, the Indian Flag is hoisted! Signing the declaration of Independence
  7. India became a Republic on January 26, 1950
  8. The Green revolution started in the 1960s
  9. Did we get over all the hard times as yet? NO!!
  10. War broke between China and India in the 1960’s…
  11. The wars did not stop. There were more wars with Pakistan in 1965, 1971 & 1998…
  12. Mean while, all was not bad!
  13. India progressed in Manufacturing & Exporting Goods…
  14. The early 1990’s saw the blossoming of the Service Industry…
  15. But, has India achieved everything ? Check it out for yourself!
  16. While we have excellent infrastructure….. Tidel Park, IT Hub National Stock Exchange Suntech, IT Park Chennai Citi Center Mall
  17. We still have people living in huts and slums …….
  18. While people are ‘hanging out’ in these joints….. Park Sheraton Taj Group of Hotels
  19. We still have people who can’t afford their One day’s meal!
  20. While we have premier educational institutions …. Indian School of Business, Hyderabad Indian Institute of Technology Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore BITS Pilani, Rajasthan
  21. We still have child labor …. Children without education…
  22. Can you do anything about all of this ? Or Are you just going to say “ India will never Change! ”? Don’t you want to ‘ Be The Change ’?
  23. To Be The Change , just spare one day in a month for Our Nation! Just for one day in a month do not eat outside! Just for one day in a month commute by public transport and Save Fuel! Spare your salary just one day in a month for someone in need!
  24. Just for one day in a month save water wherever you are! Just for one day in a month Save Power consciously! Spend just one day in a month at an old age home! To Be The Change , just spare one day in a month for Our Nation!
