IT Ventures was established to offer a consultative and expert approach to IT
Recruitment across the UK. Our current focus lies within the Midlands, Yorkshire and
North West where we place both contract and permanent IT professionals.

Our Consultants are focus on delivering exceptional service to candidates and clients
alike and we have developed a strong values based structure across the business to
deliver consistent quality and create excellent recruitment partnerships with our
clients.

We are passionate and driven about our business and determined to build the
leading IT Recruitment Consultancy in the UK and internationally. We have ambitious
plans to expand further across the UK regions as well as mainland Europe and the Far
East.

developing long-term relationships with clients (some of which we have worked with
for over 10 years!) and candidates, encourage networking, meetings and our

management level through to support with our main focus being within the
development market.

As a team we combine in excess of 40 years in recruitment and offer an in-depth
understanding of the market for both our clients and candidates. We promise to
