4. PROPOSITION To provide real time direct billing to subscribers device that eliminates printing costs and delivery costs to Celcom and promote extra revenue. The subscribers will benefit as they will receive current and real time information.

SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE (Monthly Subscription Mechanism) GPRS Mobile Application CMP Mediation Platform 1) User subscribe mobile billing subscription via SMS to 33333 2) Shortcode Gateway update mobile billing server about the subscription status; AND do the charging via CMP 3) Shortcode Gateway send URL to download mobile application and to view disclaimer page 4) All Mobile Billing operations has to check the subscription status on Mobile Billing server.
