The World needs leaders every time every moment. Good Leader learn from examples, from errors of the past and apply the wisdom not to repeat them.
Next May 9, 2009 it is very important day for entire Europe, and I think, for entire World ------END of World War II, Hope we will not life to see the III.
So we need Good leaders.

I was always thought that a leader leads by example, whether he intends to or not. You don’t have to hold a position in order to be a leader. Albert Schweitzer once said that ’Example is not the main thing in influencing others. It is the only thing.
Every Leader show learn that the luxury of doing good surpasses every other personal enjoyment.

Abby here you have some good leaders .. some great leaders and some downright idiots that were anything but a leader !!!.. I have to admit I agree with Jim and as you know that’s a rare occasion .. the world needs you and many more just live you .. God save us all .. Wonderful presentation my friend.

The World Needs Leaders
Who use their influence at the right times for the right reasons;
Who take a little greater share of the blame and little smaller share of the credit;
Who lead themselves successfully before attempting to lead others;
Who continue to search for the best answer, not the familiar one;
Who add value to the people and organization they lead;
Who inspire and motivate rather than intimidate and manipulate;
Who work for the benefit of others and not for personal gain;
Who handle themselves their heads and handle others with their hearts;
Who know the way, go the way, and show the way;
Who live with people to know their problems and live with god in order to solve them;
Who realize that their dispositions are more important than their positions;
Who understand that an institution is the reflection of their character;
Who mold opinions instead of following opinion polls;
Who understand that an institution is the reflection of their character;
Who encounter setbacks and turn them into comebacks;
Who will be as honest in small things as in great things;
Who discipline themselves so they will not be disciplined by others;
Who follow a moral compass that points in the right direction regardless of the trends
