2. Chapter 1
This template is based on Smashwords style guide revision 9.19.10.
Works with Smashwords autovetter without errors and produces quite good epub and mobi
books, including TOC. My books based on this template has been accepted to premium catalog.
License text is for non-free book and copied directly from Smaswords style guide.
Style is Default Text and it uses first line indents. Continue paragraph as long as needed and
then press enter and new paragraph as the same first line indent.
Heading is in different style Heading. I have used Chapter in the chapter title so Smashwords
automatically creates TOC for mobi and epub formats.
License text is for free book. Lines between book title and author may be different. I have used
just like in this sample and also so that there are no lines between book title and author name.
Smashwords recommends to have just 3-4 empty lines. I have used max three empty lines.
Chapter 2
New Chapter starts. There are no empty lines between end of chapter and chapter titles. It is
done by changing spacing in the style
Chapter 3
And so story continues until the end where I use ### to signal the end of book and the
something about the author. I have used center alignment below.

About the Author:
Sami Salkosuo was born 1973 in Finland. He graduated as Engineer in Information Technology
in 1997 and after one year assignment in Germany, he joined IBM Finland where he has worked
since 1999.
Sami has written several programming and IBM technology articles for IBM developerWorks.
He is also author of "DWR Java AJAX Applications" and co-author of an IBM Redbook:
"Portalizing Domino Applications".
A twenty-year dream of writing science fiction began to realize in late 2007 when an idea
surfaced about stories that take place in a parallel universe: The Strangers' Universe.
