To have successful prospects and referring partners, there are 5 essential requirements they must meet: 1) Cooperate - be amiable and willing to work together, 2) Be Realistic in their expectations about the current housing market, 3) Be willing to have a Conversation and engage in dialogue, 4) Want to take Action within the next 6-12 months, and 5) Make it clear they want help by being Plea for help and willing to put in some work themselves. If a prospect meets all 5, they will likely be a good match, but those who don't meet all 5 requirements are not and the agent's time is best spent elsewhere.
