Step 4: Provide the Necessary Resources
 Implementation Practices
a. Pray for the implementation process
b. Communicate your accomplishments.
c. Establish accountability.
d. Address any implementation barriers.
e. Monitor progress.
f. Evaluate the process.
g. Involve the congregation in the
process.
h. Motivate your teams.
i. Research any potential legal issues .
