This is a tutorial on how to get a quick price quote for custom items from Underground Printing.

1. Step One - Start Quote
1. On our main webpage, select the
“Get a Quote” tab at the top of the
page.
2. Choose an item for your quote. Our
most popular items will appear at
the top of the page. To choose a
different item, scroll down….

2. Step Two - Choose Your Item
3. At the bottom of the
“Choose Item” page, you
can view our online
Catalog. Choose from
one of these headings to
see an extended list of
items we offer.
Note: If you are looking for a
particular item, and cannot find
it in our Catalog, don’t worry!
We may still carry it. Contact
us to find out.

3. Step Three - Browse Catalog
4. Under each heading, there will be
subheading tabs you can choose from.
Items will be listed on the left of the screen.
5. Select an item to view more
detailed information on it.

Types
6. Once you have chosen your item,
click the “Add to Quote” button.

4. Step Four - Quantity & Color
8. Click “Next: Print Info.”Note: The color of your item does
not generally affect its price.
7. On the “Product Info” page,
choose an item color and enter a
quantity.

5. Step Five - Print Information
9. Choose your print
locations (e.g. back,
front, sleeve).
10. Choose the number of
ink colors at each print
location.
Note: Print type generally automates
to get you the best price, but you can
change it here if you like.
11. Click “Next: Quote Info.”

6. Step Six - Quote Summary
12. The Quote Summary
will give you an
overview of the items
you are getting a quote
for.
13. Input the required
information to process
your quote.

7. Step Seven - In-Hands-Date
15. Click “Submit” when you are
ready to process your Quick
Quote.
14. Your In-Hands Date (the date you
will receive your items) will appear
here. If you need your items
sooner, modify this number.
Note: If you are unable to select a date because it is
faded out, that means we would be unable to have your
items completed by this time. We generally run
turnaround times of 1-2 weeks.

8. Step Eight - Get Your Quote!
16. Your quote is
generated! You can
easily go back to
modify your quote
by clicking on one of
the tabs at the top of
the page.
18. To place an order off
of this quote, click the
“Place Order” button.
17. Questions? Contact
information for your
sales team will be
provided. If you are
near one of our store
locations, that will
show here as well.

10. Add Multiple Items
If you plan to print the same
design on different items, you
can add additional items to
your quote by selecting the
“Add Another Product” button
on the Product Info page.
Browse through our Catalog to
select your additional item(s).
Price breaks will occur
according to the total number
of items in your order.
Input quantities and color
information for your items, and
then select “Next: Print Info.”

11. Add Multiple Items
Your new item(s) will show in
your Quote Summary. Fill in the
required information, and hit
“Submit.”
Your quote will be generated!
Each item will have a separate
per-piece price.

12. Add Multiple Items
Your price breaks will be
determined according to the
TOTAL number of items in
your order.
To place your order, click
the “Place Order” button.

13. Add Print Locations
You can add a print location to your
shirt on the Print Info page.
You can choose a print location from the
“Add Print Location” drop-down menu.
Choose the number
of colors for each
print location from the
drop-down menu.
Hit “Next: Quote Info”
when finished.

14. Add Print Locations
Your new print location information
will show in your Quote Summary.
Fill in the required information, and
hit “Submit.”
Your quote will be generated!
To place your order, click
the “Place Order” button.

15. Compare Price: Different Items
Hit the “Compare Price”
button, and select “With a
Different Item.” Choose
your comparison item
from our catalog.
You can compare the
prices of several items at
one time.

16. Compare Price: Different Items
Some items will result in
a higher per-piece price
than others. In the
Catalog, items are often
classified by the
following:
● Low Cost Item
● Average Cost Item
● High Cost Item

17. Compare Price: Quantity
Hit the “Compare Price” button,
and select “With a Different
Quantity” from the drop-down
menu.
You can compare
several quantities
at one time.

18. Compare Price: Quantity
Your generated quote will compare the
per-piece price of your items at any given
quantity of items.
To place your order, use
the corresponding link.

19. Compare Price: Print Information
Hit the “Compare Price”
button, and select “With
Different Print
Information” from the
drop-down menu.
Print information will be
displayed on the next
page. Click “Next: Print
Info.”

to the new item, then
submit your quote.

your printed items, according to your specifications.

22. Personalize: Names & Numbers
To personalize names,
the cost is $5 per shirt.
To personalize numbers,
the cost is $3 per shirt.
If you would like to personalize
names and/or numbers on your
shirts, you can! Information about
personalization will show up on
every Quick Quote for your
reference.
