Marketplace is a showcase of all products on vianza. This is where you can search for your
specific product requirement.
Marketplace displays the product image and information to the buyer.

come across a product you feel you
would want to revisit/buy later, then
add it to your list of Favourites. .
2.By clicking this button a ‘product
detailed page’ will open where detailed
information for that product is given.
‘Quick fact button’ allows you to get a
quick look of the product information.

A private shop looks exactly like the marketplace but only displays product of
particular brand.
5. A private shop is a place where a supplier can have all his products but choose not to make
them visible to all buyers.
A private shop access is restricted and the supplier can choose to share the link with whoever
they wish.
The purpose if to give some anonymity to the brand so that they can keep their exclusivity
and still use all facilities of vianza.

8. This “Add to Cart” page allows customers to accumulate a list of items for purchase, also
described as “placing items in the shopping cart” or “add to cart”.
There are 2 options to place the order –1.Place order
2.Request for quote
Place order : This option is to place the order directly. It is usually used for repeat order
where the buyer already has a relationship with the seller. It shortens the order process.
Request for quote : A RFQ (Request for Quote) is used for all new orders. It is a request
from the buyer to the seller to obtain price, delivery and other information based on his
selection in the cart.

Once the buyer clicks the place order button, he lands on this page. Here the buyer needs
to enter the Purchase Order no. And click on the “i agree to order terms” and then finally
place the order button.

this package details on the fulfilment page by clicking the tab ‘packages’.

Once fulfilment page is updated by the seller, vianza collects the final payment by way of a
shipment invoice.
21. In case of Dispute
• In case of any damage or defect of product, buyer can reject the shipment.
• Dispute dissolve by Admin only.
• In this case mutually some amount given to buyer and seller.
• To dissolve , Admin can go to ‘manage-order’ and select respective option.
