    • Phase One – Feasibility Study
    • This phase incorporates a high level review by our experienced analysts of your current suppliers, contracts and total spend per category to determine where and how Bajan can reduce your current costs. If we believe we have the ability to be successful, Bajan then moves forward with Phases 2 – 4.
    • Phase Two – Data Collection and Detailed Analysis
    • Bajan Collects detailed data on current costs and procurement processes from your incumbent suppliers and benchmarks it against our proprietary database of previous engagements, external research, and RFQ’s from industry leaders to determine how we can maximize cost reductions.
    • Phase Three – Define and Execute Strategy
    • Based on Phase Two – Bajan defines a strategy and executes it to create cost savings for our client. Bajan uses a number of strategies to lower costs including:

We have not yet met a client who does not wish to grow its sales funnel and add new customers. In today’s competitive global economy, the same holds true for distributor networks: most mid-size American companies are eager to add distributors in other countries, and even in other regions in the US.   We help our clients by first consulting with them to identify and document their ideal customer and/or distributor profile(s), in as much detail as possible. Then we go to work for them to build a long list, narrow it down to an interim list and add more data, and finally arrive at the ideal short list of potential new customers and/or distributors, containing detailed profiles of each company.
    • Phase One – Feasibility Study
    • This phase begins with a the development of a business profile of our client and their desired business partner(s). These profiles provide Bajan with a view of your goals for developing new revenue and sales channels. These profiles are reviewed by Bajan and may require additional market research to determine if we can be successful in the engagement. If we believe we have the ability to be successful, Bajan then moves forward with Phases 2 – 4.
    • Phase Two – Data Collection and Detailed Analysis
    • Bajan Collects detailed data on your current products, performs a detailed search for potetial business partners, reviews all possible partnerships for meeting our clients requirements and builds a short list of new business partners.
    • Phase Three – Define and Execute Strategy
    • Based on Phase Two – Bajan defines a strategy and executes it to deliver meetings with qualified business partners who are interested in marketing/selling our clients products/services. Bajan will facilitate all meeting, build logistic models for delivery, create relationship to handle financial support where required and assist in closing the agreement.

    Revenue and Sales Channel Development FASS
  • The Bajan Group provides its Strategic Sourcing services on a contingency basis, providing a “No Risk” solution to middle market companies, for products and services. This approach is based on a Pay for Performance concept that requires Bajan to be successful before our clients are required to pay us.   Our fee structure also follows the same approach, enabling our clients to pay our fees from the incremental cash flow created as a direct result of the services we provide. Our fee for a Strategic Sourcing engagement is 1.5 times the annualized savings. That fee is billed to our client in 36 equal installments/invoices. Another way of looking at it is that Bajan is paid 50% of the annualized savings for a period of 3 years. An illustration is shown below. Fee structure: Strategic Sourcing © 2008, The Bajan Group.   • In this example, we assume that Bajan analyzes $1,000,000 in annualized spend on a single expense item for a client, and saves an average of 20% or $200,000 annually.   Expenses Analyzed - $1,000,000 Annual Savings – 20% = $200,000 (or $16,666.66 per month spread over 1 year) Fee Structure - 1.5 x $200,000 = $300,000 Our consulting fee is then billed at $8,333.33 per month for 36 months Note that this equates to 50% of the monthly savings .
