The colour scheme
The colour scheme of the double page spread is
very interesting as the red and the white stand
out on the black background. The colours all fit
well together and makes the pages look
professional .
Heading
The heading of the double page spread I say is mostly
on the left side of the page but also centred which
shows its importance in the entire layout.. It is red
and white coloured which stands out on the text and
red represents danger and white represents serenity
and peace.
The image
The images used are all very dark the match
the background but some shades of white are
drawn out which matches the text colour and
mast head colour.
House Style
The font style on the double page spread is
mostly varied and interesting which goes
against the stereotypical plain magazine
fonts.
Photography Lighting
All the images are darkened a lot and the
whites are drawn out more than anything to
match the different texts around the pages
which is a clever way to make the colour
scheme blend in with the pictures.
The design of the double page spread is interesting and eye attractive. The is a lot to see as
soon as you look at it and almost suddenly you are drawn in by the colours and the way
the pictures and text is laid out.
