Publishing Linked Open Data in a user-appealing way is still a challenge: Generic solutions to convert arbitrary RDF structures to HTML out-of-the-box are available, but leave users perplexed. Custom-built web applications to enrich web pages with semantic tags "under the hood" require high efforts in programming. Given this dilemma, content management systems (CMS) could be a natural enhancement point for data on the web. In the case of Drupal, one of the most popular CMS nowadays, Semantic Web enrichment is provided as part of the CMS core. In a simple declarative approach, classes and properties from arbitrary vocabularies can be added to Drupal content types and fields, and are turned into Linked Data on the web pages automagically. The embedded RDFa marked-up data can be easily extracted by other applications. This makes the pages part of the emerging Web of Data, and in the same course helps discoverability with the major search engines.
In the workshop, you will learn how to make use of the built-in Drupal 7 features to produce RDFa enriched pages. You will build new content types, add custom fields and enhance them with RDF markup from mixed vocabularies. The gory details of providing LOD-compatible "cool" URIs will not be skipped, and current limitations of RDF support in Drupal will be explained. Exposing the data in a REST-ful application programming interface or as a SPARQL endpoint are additional options provided by Drupal modules. The workshop will also introduce modules such as Web Taxonomy, which allows linking to thesauri or authority files on the web via simple JSON-based autocomplete lookup. Produce and Consume Linked Data with Drupal!
Currently a large number of Web sites are driven by Content Management Systems (CMS) which manage textual and multimedia content but also - inherently - carry valuable information about a site's structure and content model. Exposing this structured information to the Web of Data has so far required considerable expertise in RDF and OWL modelling and additional programming effort. In this paper we tackle one of the most popular CMS: Drupal. We enable site administrators to export their site content model and data to the Web of Data without requiring extensive knowledge on Semantic Web technologies. Our modules create RDFa annotations and - optionally - a SPARQL endpoint for any Drupal site out of the box. Likewise, we add the means to map the site data to existing ontologies on the Web with a search interface to find commonly used ontology terms. We also allow a Drupal site administrator to include existing RDF data from remote SPARQL endpoints on the Web in the site. When brought together, these features allow networked RDF Drupal sites that reuse and enrich Linked Data. We finally discuss the adoption of our modules and report on a use case in the biomedical field and the current status of its deployment.

Next, it takes you by the hand and introduces you to Vagrant and Virtual Box for quickly provisioning VMs in which Docker containers run platform components, applications and microservices - all environments fine tuned using Puppet and interacting with Git(Hub). We start from zero on your laptop and end with local environments in which to develop, test and run various types of applications.

Pierre Pronchery gave a presentation on his work with NetBSD and his DeforaOS project. He demonstrated NetBSD running on a WeTab tablet, including boot splash screen, touchscreen calibration, the DeforaOS desktop environment customized for tablets, and basic mobile networking functionality. Future plans include porting NetBSD to the Nokia N900 for a potential open source phone and migrating more of DeforaOS to GitHub.

DrupalCon Wrap Up
Over 450 people attended the event, which raised $66,000 for the Drupal Association. The conference included training sessions on using Drupal, keynote speeches on Drupal 8 and the future of Drupal, and social events like beach cricket and a group photo. A government minister also gave a keynote on open source and collaboration in business and government. Participants contributed code to Drupal core during a code sprint session. The recap highlights the educational, fundraising and community-building aspects of the successful multi-day event.

He demonstrated NetBSD running on a WeTab tablet, including boot splash screen, touchscreen calibration, the DeforaOS desktop environment customized for tablets, and basic mobile networking functionality. Future plans include porting NetBSD to the Nokia N900 for a potential open source phone and migrating more of DeforaOS to GitHub.
Kernel Recipes 2016 - Kernel documentation: what we have and where it’s going
The Linux kernel features an extensive array of, to put it kindly, somewhat disorganized documentation. A significant effort is underway to make things better, though. This talk will review the state of kernel documentation, cover the changes that are being made (including the adoption of a new system for formatted documentation), and discuss how interested developers can help.

This approach encourages minor, intentional adjustments in user behaviour to enrich the data available for system learning. This paper introduces epistemic interaction within the context of human-system communication, illustrating how deliberate interaction design can improve system understanding and adaptation. Through concrete examples, we demonstrate the potential of epistemic interaction to significantly advance human-computer interaction by leveraging intuitive human communication strategies to inform system design and functionality, offering a novel pathway for enriching user-system engagements.

zkStudyClub - Reef: Fast Succinct Non-Interactive Zero-Knowledge Regex Proofs
This paper presents Reef, a system for generating publicly verifiable succinct non-interactive zero-knowledge proofs that a committed document matches or does not match a regular expression. We describe applications such as proving the strength of passwords, the provenance of email despite redactions, the validity of oblivious DNS queries, and the existence of mutations in DNA. Reef supports the Perl Compatible Regular Expression syntax, including wildcards, alternation, ranges, capture groups, Kleene star, negations, and lookarounds. Reef introduces a new type of automata, Skipping Alternating Finite Automata (SAFA), that skips irrelevant parts of a document when producing proofs without undermining soundness, and instantiates SAFA with a lookup argument. Our experimental evaluation confirms that Reef can generate proofs for documents with 32M characters; the proofs are small and cheap to verify (under a second).
