Altiva – Combining two Spanish words,  “ Alta” (high) and “Viva” (To live).  Loosely translated, this means  the “high living” Belmira - combining the French word “belle’  (beauty) and the Spanish word “mira.” Loosely translated it means,  “ beautiful view/sight” Celesta -  Loosely coined from the Latin word, “heavenly” The names are amalgamations of current or common names from foreign languages and the small twists made to them give each a modern-sounding feel. The tower names are  associated with height and positive living. Reasons behind the Cypress Towers’ names :
Cypress Towers sits on more than 10,700sqm of prime land. 60% of the entire development is dedicated for recreational facilities, open spaces and lush, tree-lined paths. The first building to be developed,  Belmira Tower, would be topping-off  on August 25, 2007 and would be  completed and ready for turnover to  unit owners by June 2008. While Celesta Tower will be ready for  turnover on February 2010 and Altiva will be ready on March 2010.
