2. Case 1: “ Two teenage siblings couldn’t understand what
was conveyed in the TV program, so they filed a case
alleging that show is spreading superstitions.”

3. Facts/ Analysis: These siblings belong to a notorious
family. Recently Allahabad High Court had fined
Nutan Thakur (mother of these siblings) for filing
frivolous lawsuit.

4. Dismissing the petition by the freelance journalist,
Justice Devendra Kumar Arora said: “ The applicant
has made an unsuccessful attempt to make out a case
out of nothing but for the sake of sensationalism.”

5. Since she couldn’t take another chance with court, she
had her teenage kids file a frivolous case this time just
to draw attention to herself.

6. Case2: “One alleged devotee consumed kheer for a
month did not cure his illness.”

7. Facts/ Analysis: Through out 100 plus episodes of
Nirmal Baba TV show over last 6 years, one has never
heard or seen Nirmal Baba advising his followers to eat
kheer or any other item for 30 days. Followers of
Nirmal Baba know that it is an outright lie.

8. Case3: “ One alleged devotee kept black purse and sent
daswand but didn’t see any financial improvement.”

9. Facts/ Analysis: All that Nirmal Baba does is guide his
devotees in right path with respect to their actions and
religious faith. The decision to follow his advice is
purely voluntary.

10. The offering or daswand is voluntary as well and there
are no promises guaranteed associated with daswand.

11. This case is baseless and courts too have pointed this
out.

12. Any person with common sense will understand these
cases hold no water and are deliberately initiated to
defame Nirmal Baba.

13. Devotees faith and intelligence is questioned by these
cases.

14. NIRMAL BABA DEVOTEES HAVE STARTED FILING
COUNTER CASES ON ALL SUCH FALSE AND
FRIVOLOUS CASES.
