  5. 5. Incoming lunch<br />Before lunch, we eat a small snacks.<br />Ham and Loin are a type of meat which is eaten with your hands don´t need fork or spoon. Is very typical here, as aracena is characterized by this.<br /> <br />
  6. 6. Gazpacho<br />The Gazpacho is like a soup that you takes in cold and with spoon, though also you can take it drunk. It is a typical summer food.<br />
  7. 7. Prawns<br />Prawns is a type of seafood that you eaten with the hands. First you take away the peel and shells and then you eat them.<br />Everyone likes it.<br />
  8. 8. LUNCH<br />The most important food of the day is the lunch that is realized about them 2-3 hours. Some of show restraint principal of here of Spain would be:<br />TORTILLA DE PATATAS: One of the most typical food is potatoes omelette or Spanish omelette, it’s a plate based on eggs and potatoes<br />BOLLO DE PAPAS:<br />It’s very typical of the Saw of Huelva. It’s easy ,cheap and especially very richly. It’s done basically of potatoes and olive oil<br />

Of the meat of the pork can be extracted for example sirloins, ribs... many types of meat. We’regoingtoputherethemeat of rabbitstoobecausealsoit’s so good and wereallylikeit.   10. 10. “El cocido”:It’s a stew done in a pot with water, in which there are cooked together meats, sausages, vegetables, potatoes or carrots and vegetables especially chick-peas. You should eat it with spoon especially in winter since it is a hot dish.<br />Lentils or “lentejas”:They are a few vegetables very estimated in almost all the countries since their great quantity of nutrients does that they have a lot of properties. As the stew eats up especially in winter and specialists recommends to take them once in week.<br />

  13. 13. DESSERTS<br />To finish the lunchhere, we eaten a good dessert , it´s very important.<br />There are eaten handcrafted done for traditional for many years behind, that are done in a few certain times. They are desserts sweet and very easy to do.<br />
  14. 14. They are an important feeding source, here they eat up very much. It is an epoch of the year in which the chestnuts abound. It is possible to eat without anything, roasted, or throwing anything that you want since they eat up of many forms. They are very characterized.<br />The rice with milk is a typical dessert of many countries, made cooking slowly the rice in milk with sugar. You eats up coldly or warmly. One is in the habit of adding cinnamon, vanilla or rind of lemon.<br />
