 Tourism has changed noticeably during
this time. Why?

 Can we tell how tomorrow’s tourism is
going to be?
 Space travel, underwater cities?
 Virtual travel.
 One thing we know is that we have to
be flexible because climate change,
security and some other economical
impacts may change tourism’s
development.

5.  What we do know about tourism success
in the future is that it will be vastly related
with customer satisfaction and
teamwork.
 Therefore, communication, intercultural
skills and foreign languages is a “must” in
this industry.

predict the industry’s behavior.
