3. INTRODUCTION
Porter’s Five forces includes Threat of New entrant ,
Suppliers power, Buyers power, competitive rivalry, and
threat of substitute.
In this project I try to see how Reliance Digital function
in all of these aspects how much it follow Porter’s five
force theory.
4. METHODOLOGY
Questionnaire method has been followed
20-25 responses of managers, co-workers, subordinates
from Reliance Digital are being collected.
To seek the answers to a set of pre-conceived
questionnaire; questions are based on Porter’s theory.

• Local shops like care solutions, sales India. &
ramesh corporations etc.
•The shops where the consumers finds something
unique about the products.
