INTRODUCTION
 Porter’s Five forces includes Threat of New entrant ,
Suppliers power, Buyers power, competitive rivalry, and
threat of substitute.
 In this project I try to see how Reliance Digital function
in all of these aspects how much it follow Porter’s five
force theory.
METHODOLOGY
 Questionnaire method has been followed
 20-25 responses of managers, co-workers, subordinates
from Reliance Digital are being collected.
 To seek the answers to a set of pre-conceived
questionnaire; questions are based on Porter’s theory.

Bargaining power of buyers •strong buyer power is there for Reliance Digital,
consumers tends to buy mobile phones, television,
home appliances etc from there...
Threat of substitutes
• Local shops like care solutions, sales India. &
ramesh corporations etc.
•The shops where the consumers finds something
unique about the products.
