Print two slides as a single double-sided A5
Opening Scene – Session Intro
Coach: And where would you like to sit?
Coachee: (Chooses a place and sits down)
Coach: And where would you like me to sit?
Coachee: (Chooses a place and coach sits down)
Coach: In this type of coaching:
• I’ll help you to explore an issue, work out what you want and how you’ll achieve it
• I won’t offer suggestions
• I won’t comment on anything you say
• I won’t answer any questions you have once we’ve started
• I may not look at you much
• I’ll take notes and hand them to you at the end
Overall, it won’t be like a normal conversation. Everything you share with me will be
confidential unless it’s illegal or unsafe.
