                                  Strategic Design and Planning is about
                                  building a vision for change in the market
                                  system, devising a strategy for the PMSD
                                  process, and identifying a set of facilitative
                                  activities to implement.
                                  The step also introduces the three
                                  fundamental principles of PMSD – systemic
                                  thinking, participation and facilitation, and
                                  describes how to put these into practise.
