Key Projects
SAP PRAA Employee Vendor Maintenance Project
Replaced the legacy customized ZPRA program in all global regions with SAP standard PRAA program that can
be run as a scheduled batch job with variant to update HR master data vendor to process payment and update
detail in FILO. Customized new business validation rules and a new workflow in both HR and FILO systems to
proactively handle errors. As PM/BA, besides performing gap analysis and providing requirement package, UAT
scenarios and scripts, I managed end-to-end project delivery: developed statement of work (SOW) to include
landscape design and staffing requirements; schedule; budget forecast vs. actual; overall project plan;
managed onshore and offshore dev. teams and global client SMEs in all regions landscape as well as
performing as QA lead . Delivered the project on time and within budget. I was nominated for the GBS
President’s Award for Team Excellence being PM/BA with the Global Data Services team on this project
SAP - P2P Vendor Master Data
Retired 6 existing Vendor creation tools with a new global vendor solution tool applied to all global regions .
This new tool changed from requester location routing to vendor location routing; enhanced the workflow to
allow the custodian to proactively fix errors and write data to VM tables through XK02 and close the work item.
This project also enhanced the integration of SAP FILO server with IXOS Content Server, Trillium Server for
enhanced vendor address validation as well as Vertex Server for improved vendor tax jurisdiction validation. As
a BA, I performed through gap analysis between AS-IS and TO-BE business processes and system flows
through working with global business SMEs and delivered requirement package that included: end-to-end vendor
maintenance request life cycle processes diagrams (creation; update; workflow routing…); business
requirements and system specification in addition to various mockup screens; issues log; decision log; UAT
scripts
SAP BW - Compliance Reporting
This project globalized and automated the existing North American’s verifier sets reporting into a global reporting
expanded to the global users with SAP BW BEx Analyzer solution. I managed this project from Requirement
phase to post go live support as a PM and performed extensive gap analysis of the existing reporting tool that is
no longer supported and with no technical and business SMES; identified business challenges and need with the
global business users groups and proposed well accepted reporting solution and detailed requirements as well
as providing step by step training instructions on loading source data into BW and running the reports
By creating new DSO in BW data model and new routines for Data mapping and transformation and aligning
verifier reports’ hierarchy with standardized enterprise reporting hierarchy, the new globalized reports
successfully provided consistent views and improved Global Business Services’ expense reporting accuracy.
