    • Google Apps & Tools www.google.com/apps Service from Google for using custom domain names with several Google products. It features several Web applications with similar functionality to traditional office suites, including: Gmail, Google Calendar, Talk, Docs and Sites.
    • Google Docs docs.google.com Free, Web-based Microsoft Office like tools including word processor, spreadsheet, presentation, and form application offered by Google. It allows users to create and edit documents online while collaborating in real- time with other users. Scenario: You need to prepare an information material which requires involvement of many people and will be published in different languages
    • Google Forms docs.google.com A webbased flexible form and survey development interface with built-in reporting. Scenario: You want to create an online registration form for “Introduction Seminar for Exchange Studies”
