  2. 2. Ross Altenbaugh Hilliard House Thoughtful and really funny, Ross is a natural leader. Her ENPL colleagues appreciate her strength, empathy, words of encouragement, and profound comments. If Ross is in the house, you know you are going to be smiling! She is one of the cool kids you’d love to hang out with and has many great moments ahead of her!
  3. 3. Kerry Kent Blumberg YMCA An amazing listener with insight to boot, Kerry brings a quest for excellence to her work. She is forthcoming and unafraid to share her thoughts, but always in a compelling and life giving way. One colleague noted that Kerry brings what is most needed in the next generation of leaders. A great partner on the high ropes, Kerry is the “Village People” of relationship building!
  4. 4. Jennifer Boyden Barrett Heart Havens Jennifer tells it like it is! Our discussions were livelier for her presence and her ENPL colleagues value her thought- provoking comments, fearlessness, and passion for the work. She is a force to be reckoned with - one that will go the full nine yards with you to make something good happen.
  5. 5. Mike BurnetteHousing Opportunities Made Equal Mike brings an awesome sense of humor and natural friendliness to his leadership. Smart and committed, Mike brightened our days with his wit, ability to connect with others, and giving nature. Mike is also a good sport when his bed is short-sheeted!
  6. 6. Jenna ClarkeRx Partnership Jenna’s many admirable qualities include her quiet confidence, easy laugh, excellent listening skills, and wholistic approach. She has a purposeful style and calming presence even as she takes risks. A very special emerging leader, Jenna inspires us on many levels. As one classmate noted, “I am proud to call her my friend.”
  7. 7. Holly ClaytorSpecial Olympics Virginia “This lady has moxie, sass, and grace! Seriously, I want to be her!” Described as a “quiet powerhouse,” Holly combines a deep commitment to helping others with a caring style. Unafraid to face new challenges, Holly, aka Mighty Mouse, is also the mother of our newest ENPL baby!
  8. 8. Lauren DavisWorld Pediatric Project A woman of a million smiles, Lauren’s compassion, eloquence and life-giving presence make her the epitome of Hope and Promise. Quotes about Lauren include: “Every conversation with Lauren led me to a better place.” and “Lauren is someone I would like to work for one day!” Lauren will make an unbelievable difference in our world!
  9. 9. Melissa DevennyDonate Life America Soft-spoken but incredibly passionate, Melissa is serious about organ donation – and wants ours! Her ENPL colleagues describe her as thoughtful, brilliant, dedicated, hard working, and quietly magnificent!
  10. 10. Carol DunlapGoochland Free Clinic and Family Services Passionately curious and engaging, Carol provided great insights to the program! Her wisdom, commitment, spirit of discovery, knowledge, and status as our “Resource Queen” make her a real asset to the nonprofit community.

Sarah EisenmanNational Alliance on Mental Illness of Virginia Known for her authenticity, energy, positive attitude, and determination to foster change, Sarah is an exemplary next generation leader. As one colleague noted “I want Sarah on my team in ANY competition.” She is an excellent thinker and good friend who helps us delve deeper. And to top it off, she makes a mean homebrew!
  12. 12. Holly GordonHandsOn Greater Richmond Our Challenge Discovery rock star! Holly is like a shot of espresso, giving you just what you need to boost your day. Her enthusiasm and vision helped our progress as a group. With mental gears turning all the time, Holly’s leadership shines with candor and competence.
  13. 13. Avi HopkinsU-TURN Sports Performance Academy What a guy!! Avi was the surprising introvert who always stepped up to the plate and got us off to the perfect start. Avi is a fantastic leader with infectious energy and soft humor that sets people at ease. He encourages others and rejoices in their success. A brother to all, Avi elicited this high praise from one ENPL colleague: “I wish he was in my family!!”
  14. 14. Rosa Johnson-Tuma Serenity Passionate about helping others, Rosa is dedicated, smart and creative. Quiet but full of surprises, Rosa is our celebrated “best charades player EVER”! Her consistent optimism, courage, and huge heart add to her effectiveness as a leader and valued teammate.
  15. 15. Edward Judkins CARITAS A soft spoken man of powerful words. When Edward speaks, we listen! Deeply devoted to the clients he serves and staff he leads, Edward wins our praise for his fortitude and being faithful, humble, thoughtful and caring. Edward is easy to connect with and enhanced our group cohesion.
  16. 16. Rob MartinUnited Virginia A true coach, Rob brings a “united” effort! Devoted to making a difference, Rob is creative, open-minded, reassuring, and justice-seeking. Fellow ENPLers appreciate the depth of his thinking as well as his calming spirit and consistently supportive manner.
  17. 17. KC McGurrenEarthCraft Virginia A spit-fire whose diplomacy and intelligence enable her to make a big impact! Eager to make a positive and lasting change, KC is admired for her great attitude and being a thoughtful team player. “KC is someone I’d want to be stuck on an island with. She’d get us off, but help sustain the earth while doing it!”
  18. 18. Anne McNealProject Homes Anne is easy to be with, charming, genuine, and an enthusiastic learner. Her perceptiveness, commitment, and supportive style enable Anne to make a big difference in our community. Described as an “anchor through my thought processes”, Anne is also the owner of the best bedazzled jeans!
  19. 19. Michelle NostheideAmerican Heart Association Michelle’s big heart and pleasant demeanor brightens the way. She brings compassion, calmness, solid values, and groundedness to all she does. She makes what seems impossible – possible! Her presence was hugely valuable for the “Blue Group.” And, she’s an undercover firecracker - we are sure of it!
  20. 20. Erin O’ReganUnited Way of Greater Richmond & Petersburg Erin always has a big smile on her face even while she kept her group on task! Her ENPL colleagues appreciate her honesty, wisdom, wonderful listening, and openness. Erin is described as soft, sweet, and hilarious – a deadly combination!
  21. 21. Jason SawyerNeighborhood Resource Center of Greater Fulton Hill Jason feels the weight of the world, and does something about it! An activist by nature, he makes a difference through his values- based style and deep engagement in the community. Wise beyond his years, Jason is also a lot of fun to be around. We congratulate Jason his wedding, taking place this very week!
